Our fair chase Whitetail Deer hunts are conducted on prime hunting ground on our farm and ranch of which we have over 10,000 acres to choose from. The fair chase hunts offer you a chance at bucks in the 130"-150" range with potential for even bigger bucks. While these hunts don't carry our guaranteed shot opportunity, they do offer you an excellent opportunity at a mature buck at very reasonable prices. You will be allowed to harvest 1 buck (no trophy fees) and 1 doe during your hunt (on season dates that allow doe harvest). You will hunt in stands, tripods, or blinds in timbered areas, over agricultural fields, over feeder areas, etc. These hunts are semi-guided and include lodging in our cabin. Transportation can be provided on the ranch if needed, however, if you have a truck available it will provide you with added freedom during your hunt. Field dressing and caping (if desired) is provided and full processing can be provided for additional fees (see game care). These are 4 day hunts which include 4 nights of lodging. We offer hunts during the statewide muzzleloader and gun deer seasons. Muzzleloader dates available are: Oct. 24-27 & Oct. 29- Nov. 1. Gun dates available are Nov. 21-24, Nov. 25-28, Nov. 29-Dec. 2, & Dec. 3-6. You will arrive at the cabin the afternoon before the above dates for your first night of lodging. Lodging will be shared with other hunters during those same dates unless the entire hunt date is booked. We can accommodate up to 4 hunters during each block of dates above.
