Wild boar have a nasty reputation. They can be very aggressive and this is the allure of wild boar hunts for many hunters. Stalking a wild boar in thick cover is sure to get the boar hunters heart pumping. This is one reason the popularity of wild boar hunts has grown so quickly. Our wild boar hunts combine stand hunting and stalking to give you the best chance of success.
Oklahoma is home to more wild hogs than most states in the nation. We are located just southwest of Oklahoma City which can save you time and money when compared to many Texas hog wild boar hunts. Our hog hunts are very competitively priced and include outstanding service that many hunts lack. We offer wild boar hunting year round and we allow hunts with the weapon of your choice (gun, bow, handgun, muzzleloader, crossbow, etc.). We can arrange hunts for any number of days you desire (with or without lodging) or combination hunts. Our hunts are conducted on densely wooded properties complete with stands and feeders throughout the property.
Hog hunting will requires a $25 state license fee which can be obtained at the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture Website. All hog hunters are required to purchase a $20 Oklahoma Feral Swine Control Association membership to hog hunt at our ranch. This organization promotes the control of feral swine in Oklahoma through sport hunting and protects our rights to hunt. This must be purchased online at the OFSCA website.
We conduct four types of hog hunts: Pure Russian Boar Hunts, High Fenced, Fair Chase, Night Vision Hog Hunts, and Hog Hunts with Dogs.
The High Fenced and Night Vision Hog Hunts have a higher success rate but many hunters like the challenge of a fair chase hunt. All hog hunts require a 2 person minimum with the exception of the Pure Russian Boar Hunt.
